Short Film: Airplane Lands on Jeep On Freeway

This short was destined to become a class and sure enough it made huge waves and got the filmmakers a lot of work. The reason: they made this incredible action special effects sequence out-of-pocket on home computers.

There are a lot of great books (and ebooks) out there about working in Visual Effects and Special Effects with easy in-camera techniques or commercial software you can run on any decent home computer.
